Subject: The Medieval Artifacts Mystery

From: "Scooby Doo" <scoobydoo.pup@scooby.zzn.com>

Dear Kids:

We're in London, England, now visiting the Sherlock Holmes Museum at 221b Baker Street. Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson were fictional characters created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. They lived at 221b Baker Street between 1881-1904 and solved some of the most interesting mysteries of all time. You can visit the museum too if you go to: http://www.sherlock-holmes.co.uk.

As you might suspect, we have another mystery for you. In Sherlock Holmes's famous study, we found some tiny pieces of colored glass put together into a mosaic and a decorated manuscript in a language we don't understand. There is a note saying that both came from medieval England. Take a look at the snapshot and see if you can find out: (1) what the glass was used for and
(2) what the manuscript says. We simply don't have a clue.

Your friend,

Scooby Doo

I want to try to solve the mystery:
